Welcome to this introductory course, Screws 101.
Time required: total of 12 minutes, divided in the following 2 videos:
- Part 1 - Screws 101 (Part 1): 8 minutes
- Part 2 - Screws 101 (Part 2): 4 minutes

Objectives:
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge for the inside and outside sales team on the fundamentals of using screws effectively.
• Present the different types of screws, including their materials, sizes, thread patterns, head styles, and applications.
Please note that a test follows the videos, which you must pass to complete the training.
This training module is the pre-requisite that will make the following five training modules on specific applications for screws.
Please also note that two reference files are available in this course, which you may download. The file ''Specs sheet for screws'' applies to the Canadian market only.
